Supporting and assisting entire recruitment process. Starting from profile compilation and understanding the responsibilities and tasks of the position in Clients’ companies, coordinating open searches (including media planning, advertising, candidate screening and managing applications), database based searches and headhunting (market mapping and approaching prospective candidates). Managing communication with all parties of the personnel search, scheduling interviews, assessment of the candidates using SHL methods and completing reference check.

During my bachelor studies, I spent 3 full summers working in the United States in different companies mainly in customer service positions. I was in the team of opening well-known chain restaurant of Grupo Anderson’s (Mexico), participating in several trainings, being part of the entertainment team.
