The spectrum of institutions I've represented has honed my approach when bridging relationships between both shores of the Pacific. I'm fluent in Cantonese and proficient in Mandarin. 🎋At Minerva, I’m leaning into our team's collective power to influence and change the face of leadership in British Columbia. We partner strategically with businesses to elevate women and girls through our signature leadership programs. 🎓Accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), I work with students to develop healthy habits and flex their empathy and accountability muscles. When young people create a life they love through grit, self-discovery, and compassion, we all benefit. I have 1200+ academic life coaching hours and a 100% boarding school placement rate. 🏫I serve as president of the Queen’s University Alumni Branch in Vancouver and as a board member and fundraising chair at Squash BC. Both communities have been instrumental in my own development and growth. 🚀With SinoSports Development, we strategize and execute on revenue generation initiatives for boarding schools, while linking student-athletes to education opportunities; I advise at SOS360, a Vancouver based abuse prevention training platform for educators and coaches, alongside law enforcement officials (FBI, Interpol, VPD) and leaders. 👴🏼In my spare time, like any (basic?) Vancouverite, you'll find me exploring my next hike or attempting to co-captain Legs Miserables Squash Team to value cardio as much as beer.
