My work as a consultant, trainer and coach in the areas of change, leadership and collaboration is strongly influenced by my own experience with different cultures, companies and fields of work. I have been working in the field of human resource and organizational development since 2005. With an initial focus on the automotive industry, I have since consulted companies in a wide variety of industries. Whether large or small, local or international - I take time for each client and find individualized solutions. Especially in the area of international cooperation, I have a lot of experience, as I have been involved in many international projects myself, as well as having lived and worked in China for 3 years and in the USA for 1.5 years.
