I use my understanding of Cognitive Behavioral Psychology to work with individuals who live with ADD/ADHD, chronic disorganization, hoarding, and/or physical disabilities. I help them declutter their homes/garages/work spaces, create personalized and efficient organizational systems, and teach them behaviors that will empower them to maintain order in their lives. I also help clients who are downsizing by preparing them for the big move, and then helping them unpack and set up organizational systems when they move in.
