My current position is a Bioinformatician at Insilico Medicine. I am focusing on the developing metrics that facilitates proteins' selection as a therapeutic targets. Besides, I am a second year MSc student at Skoltech with the focus on Bioinformatics. The area of my interests is application of bioinformatics approaches for medical industry (oncology & aging). I have graduated from the Molecular Biology Dept. of Lomonosov MSU with a GPA 5.0. Being passionate about cancer and aging-related research, I have successfully finished several medical-related projects during my education. The highlighted researches include the study of colon cancer pathways targets (USA), secondary leukemia (Moscow), hippocampal neurons in the National Center of Children Health (Moscow), and virulence factors of Leishmania (Czech). My extensive laboratory practices facilitated gaining deep knowledge of molecular cancer biology and allowed me to master a diverse range of techniques including cloning, NGS, flow cytometry analysis, fluorescent imaging.
