My name is Diana Zapata and I see myself as a true Hospitality talent. I have worked in all fields within the hospitality industry. From developing a new restaurant formula, building a managing the concept. Leading the front and back office. Execute and lead with success different enterprises. The nature of my degree course ( European Communication Management at the European University – HHS The Hague ) and 22 year work experience as a sales & marketing manager for different restaurant companies in the Hague, has prepared me for this position. It involved a great deal of independent research, requiring initiative, self-motivation and a wide range of skills. Like developing, writing & translating menu cards, wine lists, letters, promotion campaigns, websites & social media.I speak and write fluently 6 European languages, from which two at native speaking level. I have excellent interpersonal en communicative skills. In my former career in the Hospitality Industry I worked with great joy with different kinds of people of different nationalities, ages and social backgrounds at a high level. I am organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, multi-tasker, team player, enthusiastic, passionate and positive. I am fast in my work and love to learn new experiences. With a keen eye for detail and I should be very grateful for the opportunity to progress within a company that can use my talents.
