Responsibilities:- Leading a team to develop the resourcing strategy - Meet with Account Managers to discuss new potential vacancies across Resource Solutions and discuss potential hires- Source candidates via web advertising, referral, networking, database, candidate portal and head-hunting- Build, develop and maintain in-house candidate database and workflow products e.g. candidate/job tracking spreadsheet- Contact and interview prospective candidates and retain audit trail of contact- Screen and interview suitable candidates and provide a shortlist of potential candidates- Co-ordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers- Ensure feedback is given on all CVs and interviews- Manage offer process, providing up to date salary and market information- Write approved jobs descriptions in line with legislative requirements- Ensure all approved roles are advertised internally and on external careers site and vacancies are recorded on the Applicant Tracking System
