Lead the departments of HRM/GA-HSE (Human Resources Management, General Affairs, Health Safety & Environment)Assist Board of Director in developing and implementing HRM & GA strategy plan to ensure the implementation of directives, retain, and control over the welfare of employee, industrial relations, termination of employment, until general affairs, as well as guarantee and ensure the function - the function of Personnel and General Affairs goes well, within cost & performance expectations and within all applicable country, customer, and company policies.
