As a Lead Ad Specialist for Madwire, I was in charge of setting up the tracking environment on various websites so that we could analyze the data collected for marketing efforts. I set up all Google Platforms and any other marketing efforts needed such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Bing & Twitter. Once I was sure the tracking environment tracked properly, I wrote enticing ad copy and handed this off to the Account Manager who then kicked off the marketing efforts.

My starting position at Outback Steakhouse was as a host. I knew I needed more in my job so I quickly worked my way up to Takeaway Serving (To-Go, Pickup orders) This allowed for me to learn the menu learn what all dishes came with what sides an to gain a relationship with the back of the house. Once I mastered the Takeaway position, I moved into serving tables. I quickly learned this is all about multi tasking and eliminating steps. Some people don;t know what I mean by that, but basically as a server you are on your feet all day/night long. Utilizing your steps, makes for better customer service and less balls dropped. Once I had serving down pat, I move into Bar tending where I spent the remainder of my 3 years with Outback. Outback was unique in the fact that we had our "regulars" that once you were in with them, you were golden. But gaining that trust and showing them you knew what you were doing behind the bar was a tough go. Openers typically took care of the orders coming from the restaurant, and the closer took care of the bar top and if there were any tables in our section we rotated that duty. This was also where multi tasking became a foundation for me.
