Driven by my interest in developing talent within an organization, I took on the role of Human Resources Manager at Inside Insight UI, an annual business event held by HIMANIA FIA UI. My responsibilities in this role allowed me to contribute to the success of the event while promoting a supportive and dynamic organizational culture.• Managing the recruitment process for more than 40+ potential associates• Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.• Administering quarterly evaluation forms to assess team members performance

Niaga's Night is a yearly event organised by HIMANIA UI with the aim of increasing ties between Business Administration Students.• Concepting and executing the pre-event of Niaga's Night (Snap & Shoot, Disco Whispers)• Create an interactive game that will be played by participants during the main event.• Coordinating various aspects of the event such as managing the flow of activities, and ensuring that everything runs according to plan.

∙ Develop and deploy UI Talks 3.0 marketing strategies in collaboration with media partners.∙ Generate regular reports on media partnership activities and their impact on the UI Talks 3.0 marketing.∙ Negotiate terms of collaboration, defining objectives, timelines, and deliverables.∙ Ensuring that all the agreement anddelas with the media partners are fulfilled.

Food and Beverage Pilot Project CompanyEnterpreneur Challenge Day of SMA Labschool Jakarta (ELDEST) 2022Created and running a pilot project company called SUMO.INC as CFO∙ Collect and record business capital obtained from contributions. ∙ Responsible for daily company spending and income. ∙ Taking into account capital and selling price of goods in order to maximize profit. ∙ Designing initial sales targets to be given/recalculated by the CEO. ∙ Make financial reports at the end of the project as accountability. ∙ Distribute salaries to each working staff fairly.

Labsproject 2022 is an annual music concert with numerous amount of guest stars held by SMA Labschool Jakarta.∙ Conduct consumer surveys on merchandise concepts.∙ Collaborate effectively with other departments.∙ Work with outside parties (Vendors) to produce merchandise.∙ Use the LP2022 e-commerce platform to sell merchandise (Instagram & Shopee).∙ Run active campaigns on promotions internet channels (Tiktok, Instagram & Broadcast Messages).∙ Create financial reports to ensure accountability throughout the project.
