Provide World Class Customer service to all new and current customers. Trouble-shoot and run diagnostics on customer cell phone devices with issues. Educate customers on properly maintaining their cell phone devices. Sell customers any necessary accessories for charging, protecting and enhancing their product.

Monitor and adjust controls that regulate building systems, such as air conditioning, furnace and boiler area. Guard assigned post between 4 floors of office area. Patrol all 4 floors, pump rooms, check for leaks, foul odors, and faulty wiring. Man control center, man all intercom and doors, distribute access badges and visitors passes.

Greet and meet customers. Educate customers on product features and specifications. Give customer tutorials on newly purchased products.
