Senior Vice President, Group Employee Benefits, leading the small group benefits team in managing over 300 group-sponsored employee benefit plans for employers with less than 100 employees. Key job functions include annual renewal management, negotiation and liaison with insurance carriers and advising clients on all compliance and employee benefit policy requirements. Additional responsibilities include developing internal policies and procedures from which team members support clients in day-to-day employee benefit operations (enrollments, quoting, billing, claim resolution, etc.). Also responsible for the administration and management of the Vision Benefits of America small group vision program which is accessed by over 650 small employers and 150 independent insurance agents.
