Main focus is to create and meet HR objectives in recruiting, strategic staff planning, forecasting, development, wellness programs, employee work/life balance, organizational office methods and company branding in the local community. Impress the importance of volunteerism and a "Green" office environment through program development.

Strategically develop the regional HR impact in an engineering environment through performance improvement, increasing retention, employee motivation, training, reducing overhead costs, maintaining internal equity and employee relations. Provided strategic HR support to two Regional Functional Leadership Teams, over 600 employees nationwide, over 80 managers and the International HR community. Lead HR Point of Contact during Implementation and Integration for regional Mergers and Acquisitions. HR support during Due Diligence. Member of the M&A standardization team. Provided HR support to several start up programs, particularly two worth several millions of dollars. Support included on-site orientation, recruiting, on-boarding, internal equity, performance management, facilities coordination and visa acquisition. Provided International HR support through job placement and project demands in many overseas markets, including Mumbai, Abu Dhabi; the Middle East. Continually evaluate internal equity. Make recommendations and take action when necessary, all in an effort to increase retention.
