During my career as a teacher, I have facilitated lessons with many groups of students, but I have also designed and led adult training on various curriculums and assessment systems. These trainings have ranged in size from several members of grade level teams to entire school staffs. During this time, I have been voted the Teacher of the Year and Mentor of the Year by my peers, and I have twice earned recognition as a National Board Certified Teacher.Skills I have cultivated include: -high level of organization-strong attention to detail-clear verbal and written communication with a variety of stakeholders-ability to identify learners' needs, create or curate resources to use in addressing those needs, and assess learners' proficiency with content after instruction-utilization of Microsoft Office and Google Suite programs-facility with instructing virtually via Google Meet and Zoom
