Responsible for Sales and Use, Property and Local tax matters, including preparation of sales and use tax returns, tax research, administration of audits, maintenance of Vertex tax software systems

Ensured that the Company’s responsibilities are met in accordance with the International Organization for Standardization (“ISO”) and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Ensuring on-going compliance with current regulations as they pertain to the Company’s ISO initiatives, including the Chain of Diamond Custody program, as well as, administering the Company’s quarterly SOX self-assessment process of evaluating the design and effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting.
