• Create and maintain resources for claim administration related to existing Statutory Disability and Paid Family and Medical Leave programs, as well as onboarding new state paid leave programs.• Continuously evaluate claim standards to ensure they drive desired claim outcomes via feedback from Process Owners, Performance Analytics, Performance Execution Leads and Training.• Develop, revise and release standards as needed.• Effectively engage training to ensure claim standards and practices are effectively delivered.• Partner with KMT team to update existing pages or create new ones. • Facilitate roll out of revised standards to all field offices and impacted staff.• Participation on project teams.
