I am an extremely driven and hard working professional footballer currently playing for FC Zürich in the AXA Super League and proudly represent the Republic of Ireland National Team.I am a vastly experienced professional football player having competed in 5 different top leagues throughout the world. I have a demonstrated history of working in the sports industry with over 10 years of professional experience. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and skilled in the areas of Athletic Performance, Athlete Development, Personal Training and Strength & Conditioning. I am capable of designing and delivering training sessions, managing the development of players, designing and developing strategic year plans and implementing program periodisation. I am a passionate and determined professional with a Bachelor of Science - BS focused in Physical Education and a Master of Science - MS specialising in Strength & Conditioning from Hofstra University. I have obtained my UEFA C & UEFA B Coaching Licenses and I am eager to climb up the coaching ladder and continue my professional development journey.I am a proud We Play Green team member, a nonprofit football player led organisation aimed at creating awareness around the environmental crisis and speeding up a green shift.In my spare time I enjoy exploring, hiking, snowboarding, mountain biking and basically anything in the great outdoors!
