Generally interested in developing integrated circuits and systems to address emerging communication, radar, and bioelectronics applications.Research Interests:· Broadband, energy-efficient, and reconfigurable RF/mm-Wave/THz integrated circuits and systems· Mixed-signal and digital RF/mm-Wave integrated circuits and systems· Novel electromagnetic structures for antennas, filters, beam-formers, and mode-formers· Integrated cellular and molecular sensors/actuators and sensors/actuators interface circuits· Biology-microelectronics hybrid systems and multi-physics modeling
