Project: SAFE ActProject Sponsor: Compliance / HRProject Objective: Build and implement processes to register approximately 7500 TD Bank existing employees who perform as Mortgage Loan Originators with the National Mortgage Licensing System by July 29th 2011. Build and implement processes for registering new hires as well as transfers into job codes in scope.Responsibilities: Adherence to TD’s Project Methodology Lifecycle; project task and deliverable scheduling, deliverable tracking, risk/issue identification and resolution; communication and contingency planning, readiness assessment and development of a strategy to register TSFG employees prior to conversion; facilitated the development of the TD Bank SAFE Act Policy.

Project: Reg Z / Card Act Project Sponsor: Compliance / TD Retail Card ServicesProject Objective: Implement new requirements for credit card payment processing, payment allocation, ability-to-repay considerations, periodic statement disclosures and format changes, limitation on fees.Responsibilities: Adherence to TD’s Project Methodology Lifecycle; project schedule, cost and deliverable tracking; risk/issue identification and resolution; status reporting; development of the project schedule, communication and training plan, contingency plan, readiness assessment, deployment plan and the gap analysis between the interim proposed rules out in September 2009 and final rules out in January 2010.
