I have over 30 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and management, coalition building, community organizing, healthcare activism, education and fundraising. I am a dedicated advocate for gender equality and equal rights, access to health and human services, and access to quality educational facilities; my commitment to social justice has been my driving force throughout my career.As the Executive Director of WOMEN’S WAY, a nonprofit organization committed to achieving gender equality and justice in the Philadelphia region, I am leading the restructuring of the organization to reestablish it as a powerful catalyst for achieving gender equality and justice. My role is critical to the transition and rebuilding of the organization that will support and expand on the mission.Prior to WOMEN’S WAY, I ran for State Representative of the 168th District, where I secured the highest percentage of votes on the Democratic ticket.
