After being slim my whole life and finding myself in a spot 3 yrs after my last baby where I was 20 lbs over my ideal weight, exhausted just trying to get through the days, I decided I needed to figure out how to change that and get ME back to the life I wanted and desired and actually enjoyed!I started a fitness routine and lost some weight but still felt exhausted and had brain fog that just caused me to feel less than capable of handling my life. I continued to look for a solution and started researching the importance of whole foods and supplements to fill the nutritional gaps to promote better overall health. I began to learn how simple changing my diet and what I put in my body could start to dramatically change the way I felt.I began to completely change my approach to nutrition and was amazed by what I experienced. I noticed my brain fog was gone, I had so much more energy, I started to sleep soundly again and started to lose that stubborn weight.As my transformation continued, I found people starting to notice and ask me what I was doing and I realized that there are so many people out there just like me, dealing with a lot of the same issues.I started my own Facebook page where I provide daily motivation, recipes, training and advice in the areas of overall good health and nutrition. I also offer one on one coaching to those that are truly serious about wanting to look and feel their best.
