As a certified coach I work with individuals in corporate settings, both one-on-one and in groups, to further develop leadership skills and to find greater satisfaction in their work and life as a whole. I also coach individuals who are pursuing new career goals, one-on-one or in a group setting, helping them to become more engaged and less overwhelmed in life. As an HR Consultant, I have worked with a variety of organizations both large and small, within and outside of Alaska and the U.S. in a variety of employee relations and leadership development arenas. This work has included training/workshops, employee concerns investigations, and individual and team dynamics consulting.
