• Provide PMO and Project Management activities to support the implementation of Unified Communications solutions for the VDS customer base including:o Manage large customer installations and upgrades for a variety of systems within the Avaya product line. These products include IP Office, CS1000, CallPilot, Avaya Aura Contact Center and System/Session Manager.o Create and execute a work plan to implement and network up to 20 Avaya IP Office systems for larger multi-site customers.o Create and execute project plans to implement Skype for Business using all three modalities.o Manage onsite dedicated labor for large customers, including monitoring labor hours, initiate monthly billing and manage the financials.o Work on the PMO task force to continuously update and improve the Project Management process to ensure projects come in on time, on budget and high quality.

• Support Kmart Stores throughout the United States relating to Telecom Expense Management including: o Interfaced with Telecom vendors to follow the life cycle of an expense including invoice processing, auditing and usage management.o Identified exceptions that helped to reduce Telecom expenses including third party billing charges and unauthorized calls. o Analyzed bills for usage to determine if the accounts were valid which reduced the telecom expenses for stores and corporate offices.

• Worked as a contract employee with the AT&T Account Team dedicated to the Sears Holdings account performing a number of Telecom Expense Management activities including:o Managed the restructuring of the billing activities for AT&T Local, Long Distance and Network Services provided to Sears Holdings after the merger of Sears and Kmart in 2005. o Provided support to Sears and Kmart to maximize the usage of the AT&T OneNet billing platform that provided contracted long distance rates to all Kmart retail and corporate facilities and a majority of the Sears locations.

Senior Project Manager • Primary responsibilities included developing the Project Charter, Implementation Time Line, remote Project Management, management of subcontracted labor and bringing the project in on time and within budget. Major projects included:o Provided Project Management support for a 7-year outsourcing agreement between Ameritech and a major automotive company. Worked with the Sales team to transition all Telecom project related activities to Ameritech and to merge the two different philosophies into a workable format. o Managed four Project Managers during a one-year period to upgrade the Nortel software of more than 200 PBX’s nationwide at a rate of four per week. Each upgrade was expected to be transparent to the customer, come in on time and within budget using subcontracted labor.o Managed the implementation of a Nortel Option 81 to be used as a routing hub for a major automotive company allowing to maximize the use of their voice and data network facilities.

Project Manager • Worked with Ameritech’s mid-sized revenue customer base. Managed and participated in determining customer needs, station reviews, management of subcontracted labor and creation of the database. Also included, ordering of all trunks and network services plus coordinate end user training. Major projects included:o Managed the implementation of a 2000 station Nortel Option 81 for a major hotel chain involving rewiring the entire hotel while they were completing renovations, developing a database that focused on both business and hospitality needs, and working with the Installation Manager to ensure the project was completed on time and within budget.o Managed the implementation of a Nortel Option 61 for a local hospital system. Worked with the hospital staff to determine the specific needs of a hospital while developing the database, including use of wireless in the ER, operation of the Code Blue system and specific patient needs. Worked with the Installation Manager to ensure the project was completed on time and within budget.

• Developed competency in the Telecommunications industry which included the following certification and project activities:o Northern Telecom Feature Admin, BARS/NARS, ACD and Meridian Mailo Worked with the Ameritech client base for coordinating Move/Add/Change (MAC) work, for individual and departmental station moves.
