Research Manager, Consulting (1998 - 2001)• Designed and executed custom research projects to meet client objectives. Served as project lead and client interface during the research phase. • Designed all research materials in consult with the client, hired vendors to assist in executing the research, and personally conducted many of the interviews and focus groups. • Analyzed the data and/or findings from the research and prepared final client reports, inclusive of marketing implications.Marketing Manager (1997 - 1998)• Responsible for the marketing, report delivery, and client service for an HIV/AIDS patient-level database. Project Manager, Custom Studies (1994 - 1997; 1 in-place promotion)• Directed a $1.6 million per annum custom primary research project, assuring that it met client requirements, delivery and budgetary targets. • Managed a staff of eight people involved in the study’s data collection, quality control, and client report deliverables, as well as overseeing production in Statistical Services, Coding, and Operations. • In 1996, also served as Managing Editor of a publication, Health Economics in the USA. Handled the report’s development with 26 expert contributors; recruited several of the external authors; critically edited the report; and oversaw its production.
