I am a professional development coordinator in the area of educational technology for current and pre-service educators.

-Conducted agriculture education research via two Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture Grants to explore the need for a standardized dairy curriculum in PA.-Developed and wrote dairy curriculum for online asynchronous and synchronous learning via Blackboard’s Coursesites.-Worked with the Center for Dairy Excellence team to utilize industry partners’ resources to enhance curriculum-In the first year of implementation, over 650 students and 40 teachers utilized the program in ten states.-Helped develop marketing tools for the Dairy Leaders of Tomorrow Program-Managed daily educational needs of independent students

 Served as Vocational Coordinator for school district Increased enrollment by over 200% in classroom enrollment/FFA Developed Juniata FFA Chapter’s Program of Activities to five Two-Star National Chapter Awards Coached state winning dairy judging teams and individuals in FFA Career Development Events Wrote Rural Youth and Farm Safety Grants totaling several thousands of dollars for classroom materials Selected for Pfizer Animal Health Grant Monies Wrote new scientific curriculum for implementation at Juniata H.S.
