This role allows me to work strategically at a regional level across the East of England, working with multiple Integrated Care Systems to deliver effective education and transformation projects. I am the central point of contact at NHS England (was Health Education England) for senior leadership colleagues in NHS Trusts, The Ambulance Service and ICS Workforce and Education Teams. Through close management of these relationships, and making use of my influencing skills, I facilitate the delivery of projects across the wider team in multiple disciplines and spearhead programmes delivering new ways of working. There are elements of project management, strategic planning, data analysis, multi-organisation collaboration, financial planning and regional oversight. I provide feedback to senior stakeholders on progress, challenges and potential solutions to ensure smooth delivery of timelines. This role also allows me significant engagement with universities across the East of England.I lead a team that includes Project Leads and Data Anaylsts and was previously, as part of this role, responsible for the Project Administrators for our function.

Reporting directly to the HR Director of CCS Trust to deliver a mutually agreed redundancy scheme programme as part of efficiency and restructure work. In this role I implemented the project plan, inputting into the timeline and required activity for my area of responsibility. I gained an understanding of HR Processes which enabled me to design the required enabling successful delivery of this project.I co-ordinated between the organisation and the wider workforce ensuring compliance and delivery.

Co-ordinating diaries and events for the Business Development Director, supporting him and his team with new bids, co-ordinating a restructure and implementation of takeover of service implementation. Supported the largest transfer of NHS services from CPFT to CCS. Led the IT project implementation, delivering and designing the project plan for this work.

As previous duties in role, and in this specific role also worked closely with the MD to organise and implement the takeover conversations and projects related to this change of ownership. Delivering programme oversights to MD and colleagues to deliver to wider team.
