In my consulting career with Cincinnatus, I have partnered with some of the most effective nonprofit leaders and Boards of Directors to refresh, renew and reposition their organizations for sustainable success. I have successfully worked with numerous nonprofit organizations across many fields, including the arts, education, healthcare, social services and the environment. In each of these engagements I have effectively leveraged my knowledge, experience and my client’s strengths to achieve highly beneficial results. I am a passionate believer in the power of nonprofit management and committed Boards of Directors to improve the world.

As leader and director of multi-disciplinary teams focused on developing competitive business strategies for this international foods products corporation, I directed and conducted consumer marketing research, strategic plans for product promotion and distribution, and financial plans for specific new and emerging consumer food products lines.

In this assignment, I served as principal policy aide to the State Senate Majority Leader, conducting policy research, developing issues and managing the design of a number of legislative initiatives. During my tenure in this position, I was selected by the State Governor, and assigned to his office on a full-time basis, to lend my organizational and public policy expertise to a multi-disciplinary task force.

I actively participated in the development of plans and strategies to improve state government operations and functional efficiency.
