I use my 20+ years of experience, leadership, innovation, and relationship-building skills to mentor people and to build teams capable of driving healthcare excellence through process improvement, change management, governance, and system optimization to ensure operational and technical excellence for healthcare payer clients. I have served in executive roles at BlueCross BlueShield organizations, leading both IT and Operations teams in business engineering, quality assurance, shared services, custom development, delivery, reporting, support, and vendor management. I’ve created and led national consortiums of health plans using the Facets claims platform to ensure compliance with ACA and Blues mandates, as well as system optimization. I’ve established Centers of Excellence to drive excellence and innovation, initiated Bridge events to build trust and ensure enterprise collaboration, and optimized Facets and integrated systems through partnership and development of myriad features. I hold an M.S. and B.S. from Regis University in Computer Information Technologies.All of that said, just know that my passion is fixing healthcare payer problems, whatever they may be, by hiring/collaborating with the best in the industry and establishing trustful partnerships with my clients so that they can better serve their members and providers.
