This role entailed assessing life insurance claims including Disability, Total and Permanent Disablement, Group Superannuation and Salary Continuance, Death and Credit Cover Insurance products. Initiate the evaluation and investigation of financial, and medical information relevant to each product. Arrange Independent Medical Examinations, liaising with relevant medical and specialist physicians.Provide timely administration, assessment and assistance to colleagues and key stakeholders. Provide detailed claim reviews, recommendations, expectations to managing Re-Insurer.

Manage case load Self Insurer claims.
