I was assigned to do the validation of Job Evaluation results based on the Job Evaluation methodology in CPCS study; validation of CPCS data; other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the CPCS Project.

I was assigned to assists in the drafting of legal documents, including but not limited to Contracts to Sell, Amendments to Contracts and Deeds Absolute Sale; assists in Contracts’ Review e.g., Administrative Contracts, Service Contracts and Project Property Agreements; facilitates the filing of documents e.g., Tax Returns, Deeds of Absolute Sale, etc., with the Bureau of Internal Revenue and Registry of Deeds, for title transfers involving corporation’s different projects; communicates with clients the status of the title transfer and other related matters; ensures timely submission of status reports and other transactions handled; files and safe keeps documents and related papers; creates a monitoring file of the incoming and outgoing contracts and other documents; performs day to day administrative functions of the departments and performs related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
