Unfortunately, like many small independent businesses, COVID forced me to put this business on hold until it is viable with other life choices (like survival). My role involves translating complex workflow diagrams developed by the project team into clear, usable instructions, processes and procedures for people who are unfamiliar with the proposed changes. As a result, I find gaps and identify potential issues before they are rolled out to users. As well as the work to develop the manual, I have also been involved with the learning and development team, creating quick reference guides (for example, I developed the template to streamline the process for writing these) and content for the elearning modules.
