With a history in Health Care, Diane decided it was time to return to her roots. She has started her own practice in Alternative Health Care called Orchid Pathways. The basis of her practice is the use of "energy" as a form holistic of treatment. Her teachings come from Aqualead - Master / Teacher, Reiki level l & ll, IET (Integrated Energy Therapy) level l & ll, Dowsing, and other teachings.The various forms of Energy Therapy Diane use are gentle treatments to help balance the water in the body, remove toxins, calm and relax the body, assist to send clarity to a situation the person is working on, assist with unseen wounds - such a past trauma and stress. Energy Therapy can also assist clients with the negative side effects of cancer treatments. Energy Therapy is an area of holistic treatment that has not even started to tap it's potential for therapeutic benefits in the mainstream of modern medicine.

As a Senior Adjuster at Cunningham Lindsey, Diane covers the Eastern Ontario Seaway Valley and the area up towards Hawkesbury. Working as a team member with the adjusters in Ottawa, Diane also assists in the Ottawa area, when they are busy or there is a need for a French speaking adjuster. Diane is an All-Lines Adjuster. As an Injury Claims Trainer at State Farm I worked with the Canadian and US Injury Claims Trainers to develop training programs to teach to the adjuster regarding Anatomy, Injuries, Medical Personnel, and Modalities of Treatment. I also reviewed files for the adjusters that had any medical component to their file that needed my input. I was part of the Canadian Medical Management Team and would assist with the AB file audits or the individual requests from adjusters for requests for input and or assistance for file direction from a medical perspective. My territory consisted of Eastern Ontario, New Brunswick, and Alberta. As we assisted the other claims trainers with presentations, there was a significant amount of travel involved in this position.
