I am a sales and business development leader with over 10 years of experience in the food packaging industry. The strength of my client relationships has been key to my success. I get to know their business, their challenges, as well as what keeps them up at night. In many cases, a client will approach me with a problem that is just the starting point of many others. I am adept at finding the right products to help them run their production lines more smoothly and efficiently. Their problems become my problems and I am committed to finding the best solutions. I am now the head of sales and business development in North America for Ecopack Group. Formed in 1939, this family-run company provides baking moulds and specialty packaging to businesses in the global food industry. I was initially attracted to Ecopack because of its focus on creating environmentally friendly packaging solutions. It has its own R&D facilities and carries out the entire production process for 800 products in-house. Eocpack is also a company that truly promotes gender equality. This quickly became apparent when my first interview was led by three women in executive roles. While so many companies are still struggling in this important area, I feel fortunate to work for such a progressive organization. With operations in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, North America and South America, Ecopack is large enough to be global, but small enough to care.
