I was lead receptionist and "corporate greeter" for Shorewest Realtors, Wisconsin Mortgage, and Heritage Title. I was responsible for the comfort and security of all guests and callers. I received and registered incoming "closing" files, did data entry, scheduled conference rooms,accepted and distributed all Fed/ Ex, UPS. DHL and express deliveries as well as faxes received in my area. I organized and maintained all 1099s and created the required yearly report for the US government. Did other tasks as assigned to support the Closing Dept.
