Gas Work Management

Current position includes working independently in the field managing over 150 Key Accounts both gas and electric in Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Bucks County. Customer base is primarily food and paper manufacturers. Provide excellent customer care in resolving customer issues relating to gas and electric: usage, billing, meter services, new service, and electric reliability. Provide personal interface with large customers seeking to add, relocate, or move electric or gas services. Single point of contact for emergent situations and serve as on a 24/7 storm response rotation. Provide valuable education and guidance for customers seeking to understand the distribution portion of their bill, meter service interface (installation, change, move, or add or service), sales, solar power install assistance, Act 129 explanation. Work closely with various organizations throughout PECO as a customer liaison. Work with Dispatch to coordinate service restoration for large customers experiencing an extended outage, voltage issues, or line switching. Coordinate with Outage Planning to schedule interruptions for large customers so PECO crew’s can perform routine maintenance and emergent work. Coordinate with Designers and Contract Liaisons in New Business to establish new commercial customers’ service. Available to all my key account customers 24/7 via cell phone and email. Communicate with Key Account Customers during mandatory and voluntary load reduction events as mandated by PJM. Leverage close working relationship with key customers to gain, and retain loyalty and trust.
