Meet with customers, either in the studio or at their home to hear their requests and suggest a solution to their design issues. Design recommendations for their piece using Glass Eye. Present alternatives and estimate to customer. In most cases, make and install their glass piece. (We do have some ready made products.)

Part of a two person Human Resource team responsible for all HR functions for a company of approx. 130 - 150 employees. Maintained employee records for union shop. ie, job records, safety records, MSDS, OSHA reports, Unemployment reports, insurance administration...Processed hourly payroll. Interviewed and hired for hourly and some salaried positions. Involved with union grievances and negotiations. Led safety and wellness training.Planned employee events such as sales seminars, company picnics and holiday parties.
