Hi I’m Diane Murphy, a Holistic Nutritionist specializing in Breast Cancer Care and Recovery. I've worked as a Nutritionist for over 15 years and as friends my age started getting diagnosed with breast cancer, it prompted me to study cancer and nutritional sciences on the sidelines and I've discovered so much along the way.I was completely mind blown by all the decades of scientific research out there, along with personal stories from countless integrative doctors and cancer survivors on how significant a role natural compounds in food can play in reducing side effects from treatment, increasing quality of life and healing from cancer. After speaking with dozens of women, I discovered that when she was diagnosed with breast cancer, the hospital typically did not offer her any helpful nutrition and lifestyle resources to support her healthy cells and to promote recovery which meant she was left to advocate for herself, which was incredibly hard because she was already completely shocked and overwhelmed and scared. My goal is to help her navigate through this most difficult time in her life and get her on track with some high impact nutrition and lifestyle strategies to help increase her chances of healing and to improve her quality of life so she can get on with her everyday as normally as possible.
