- Provide home-based therapy services for families of emotionally disturbed, mentally ill and/or developmentally disabled youth - Develop treatment plans with input and recommendations from the behavioral assistant- Record treatment plans and all accompanying notes in the CYBER program- Create measurable and specific goals for the family and individuals involved

-Develop a treatment plan in working with clients (individuals, couples and families) with a myriad of presenting concerns (including but not limited to parent-child conflict, cross-generational conflicts, infidelity, career related stress, intellectual and physical disabilities, depression and suicide ideation) -Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic interventions based on needs-Coordinate and adjust therapy as a result of weekly supervision -Manage progress notes and necessary paperwork -Facilitate weekly SMART Recovery group meetings -Facilitate bullying tolerance groups for a variety of age groups at the Kids Bridge Tolerance Museum
