Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions and ensure that all arrangements are agreeable.Managed all areas of events, from pre-planning, through the event day, and post-event activities.Primary contact to the Marriott team for inquiries related to booked events, outing schedules, and attendance projections.Conducts physical inspections of all areas of the facility to ensure accurate event setup and safety for patrons.Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems during all events.

Oversee proper setup, execution, breakdown, and cleanup of each catered event.Successfully interpret and execute BEOs to the standards of the organization.Supervise and lead the banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and other event personnel. Assign duties, provide guidance, and ensure proper training to maintain a high standard of service.
