Currently on assignment at Healthelink, the WNY RHIO, acting as Quality Assurance Manager for all new technical solutions developed through the Beacon Grant, and clinical quality assurance in the participating 94 provider practices encompassing 350 physicians throughout the 8 counties of Western NY. Implementation Specialist for registry creation and set up including EMR Mapping,and clinical workflow specialist for tethered patient portals in the practices. Also assisting the RHIO in Workflow improvement, and adoption of exchange in the Emergency Room at a large local hospital system.

Lockport Ny

Responsible for day to day operations, budgets, and staff of a primary care medicaid clinic as well as responsible for implementation and management of a Suboxone clinic. Responsibliites also included oversight of WNY Occupational Medicine, a Occ Med practice providing comprehensive occupational medicine including premployement services, DOT exams and drug testing, fireman's physical program, and workers compensation serving Niagara , Orleans, and Genesse Counties.

Responsible for the day to day operation of 2 primary care medical centers with a total of 18 providers. Additional responsiblities included oversight of a plan wide call center handling phone calls for 40 providers and administrative oversite of all activities within the centers including : Behavioral Health, Pharmacy,Lab, Radiology, and Massage Therapy.
