Oversee a staff of four, including: communications and print lead, media lead, band director, sound engineer. Develop and execute marketing and teaching campaigns. Create and execute all visual design. Update and manage the website and all social media accounts. Oversee all creative programs including annual original albums, annual musicals, annual summer arts and music school. Oversee teams for all services including children’s ministry, junior high ministry, high school ministry, Celebrate Recovery ministry, Bible study, weekend services, overflow room team, special worship nights, and a second campus’ team. Oversee and manage creative team volunteer recruitment, management, and auditions.
