Wanted a different avenue in sales, so looked at admin..this gave me more family time , but still having my hand in the sales department, working with the public and businesses …It was a Varied sales role within the Dunfermline Press, dealing with obituaries to advertising, designing adverts, speaking to clients and offering best deals to ensure full coverage of their business , which was a benefit to them advertising , digitally online and in the newspaper .

Started off in Sky as a part time Sales advisor, then promoted to a Team Leader, and then promoted again to a Customer Experience Leader… then Cust Experience Manager.. New Business .. setting up the brand new call centre for sales in Dunfermline… ( Contact Centre Manager ) loved working at Sky , managing one of the best sales teams in Sky , we rocked Sales.. every single one of them! …Team awesome ! 👍🏻.. I loved working through all aspects of the sales department from new business to Turnaround … just fab! My skills range from dealing with the public to dealing with staff, managing and coaching them to achieve their own goals, this motivates me to achieve mine ! I enjoy working towards personal goals and thrive when I achieve them… I am self motivated and enjoy a challenge… and targets are something I strive to achieve… I have a certificate in team leadership from Norwich University which was one of my own personal achievements and think I have done every blue sky course there is ! :-) .. I worked closely with HR ,allowing me to get the best out of people, to which lead to me being traIned in Hr Policies, holding meetings from disciplinary to the positive side of interviewing for promotions in our people … I enjoy working with people , ensuring I adapt to their communication type to achieve what is best for everyone…including the business. My time as a contact centre manager , covering over 600 staff and their managers was a fantastic position, it came with daily challenges which were exciting , in new business and in turnaround… using my skills to ensure we hit goals and target set as teams and individuals .
