Diane Stanton joined CBRE, Inc.in July 2012 (formally with CAC from July 2012 until acquired by CBRE in December 2013) and assists with managing a Class A high rise in downtown San Francisco. Her background includes work in contract management, office services and call center management which has helped her develop her superior client service abilities. Diane is the Assistant Manager at 343 Sansome Street, a 257,000 square foot, Class A, LEED Platinum, historic building located in the heart of the financial district. She assisted with over $2.5 million in Tenant Improvement projects and $5 million dollars of Capital projects which includes a window washing rig retrofit, low-flow toilet replacement throughout the building, LED lighting upgrades in the garage and two lobbies, common corridor renovations, and LEED Platinum certification in 2010 and recertification in 2015. Diane has her California Bureau of Real Estate License. She is an active BOMA member and serves on the BOMA Education committee and is CPR/AED certified.
