WHAT IS JLT SPECIALTY USA? U.S. operations of largest global specialty insurance brokerage services firm, JLT Group. U.S. operations grew from 8 people in 1 office in late 2014 to 325 people in 17 offices in early 2018. WHAT I DID: - Recruited to lead marketing efforts and establish business processes and systems to support sales, account management and broker colleagues during a 712% period of growth from 40 to 325 employees. Effective and impactful in fast-paced, "start-up" environment.- Managed various freelancers/independent contractors to help with graphic design. Developed and implemented a creative services plan, leading to hiring a graphic designer and implementing a creative services project management system. - Created and edited an array of content: white papers, web content, onboarding materials, newsletters, marketing and email marketing campaigns, award nominations, sales materials, requests for proposal responses, ads and event support materials. - Created internal communication plan to help decentralized employees feel engaged and drive awareness of the firm's growth and moment. One communication led directly to the win of a $600K new account. In addition to my marketing tasks, I helped with operations / integration challenges facing the growing company: - Set up and managed division's intranet site- Identified, solved, and implemented an internal communications problem, where incorrect IT profiles created during the onboarding process were directing colleagues to the London intranet. - Discovered that new sales colleagues were not being properly trained ("onboarded") on JLT and our differentiators, resulting in incorrect messaging and off-brand communication. Wrote and designed an onboarding / new employee guide for the Chief Revenue Officer so the sales teams (and all new colleagues) understood correct messaging, market position, and answers to frequently asked questions (since JLT was new in the market).

WHAT I DID:Chief Administrative Officer, (2014 - 2015)- Prepared and managed budgets, expense tracking and the strategic account review process while ensuring that account deliverables were delivered on-time.- Revised the strategic account review process to produce more thorough account review, ensuring that deliverables were completed on-time, action items were tracked and that metrics were met and exceeded when possible.* Delivered results within the first year in the position that produced a 30% increase in deliverables completed from 50% to 80%.
