Vision: Community, Knowledge, Support & Joy for all.Mission: For every business owner to have the tools and the courage to build the business that they need for the success that they want, on their terms.Hiya, I am Diane I am a Strategist, Coach, & Mentor, after a 20+ year career in direct sales and marketing and the birth of my two babies 19mths apart, we wanted to start building the life that we dreamed of and, let's be honest needed - owning my own business was a huge part of that, not only for the income and choice but for my ambition, satisfaction and the joy of working with business owners who wanted the same.I have taken my expertise from working in multi-million-pound companies to help small businesses strategically build the business that they need for the success that they want. I believe that by using simple strategy, action, accountability and implementation, business owners can create the business, impact and income level they want. Using courage to take action and my Tough Love style of coaching, goals that seemed out of reach are suddenly attainable.I founded The Joy Work Club, a free business community, in November 2023 out of a need for connection and community. Naively, I thought I could do everything on my own, but I learnt very quickly how overwhelming and lonely building a business can be yet those who have the correct support network are so often the most successful people. I wanted support and a network of like-minded people who wanted to share, promote and who truly knew what it was like to be a small business owner. So I made the community I was looking for, The Joy Work Club.This has now grown to include online monthly networking, opportunities for small businesses to take over the group for a day every week, and a place to collaborate, connect and promote.The Joy Work Members Club - the business membership that meets you where you are but takes you where you want to go - was launched in July 2024 and it is a coaching and mentoring membership that is the place to be if you need strategy, accountability and community for your business.The Joy Work Show podcast - Launching SoonI believe in honesty, authenticity, courage, accountability, connection and collaboration.
