This large-scale project aims to enhance our infrastructure's capacity and resiliency by upgrading and remediating end-of-life hardware and software across multiple data centers, ensuring sustained growth and robust performance.Integration Growth and Resiliency Program:Serving as the Infrastructure Program Manager liaison, I facilitate the seamless consolidation of technology from two firms into one cohesive system. I leverage historical programs and tools to successfully integrate platforms and applications across multiple data centers, driving efficiency and operational excellence.Tech Risk Remediation Program:Leading a targeted enterprise security initiative in collaboration with our Vulnerability Threat Management Team and CISO.
