Using this strategy schools increased their retention from 60% to 72% in two years, with the ultimate goal being of at least 80%.• Created processes, timelines and procedures for compliance items required by the Michigan Department of Education for schools. Upon implementing this process schools achieved 100% compliance. Event Planning*Planned and staged multiple events each year including an annual conference for 450 educators. Managed the budget, venue, speaker negotiations and coordinated all aspects of each event.
