Global Human Resources, Life Event Services. Provide compensation consulting, research, and educational needs as the Bank's subject matter expert regarding Financial Advisor Long Term Incentive Compensation Award Plans for Survivor Support, Retirement, and Leave of Absence teams to help employees navigate through complex life events. Manage and resolve sensitive escalations. Engage internal and external resources to facilitate the processing of benefits and entitlements.

Regulatory Compensation. Review, recommend, and implement compensation strategies and policies across the enterprise to ensure regulatory compliance with Dodd Frank, SAFE Act, and other key regulatory compensation mandates. Present and engage new regulatory guidelines and initiatives for specific lines of business. Conduct QA/QC monitoring and testing against compensation regulatory guidelines and resolve matters requiring attention (MRAs).

Executive Compensation. Responsible for the plan administration of Global Wealth Management's Financial Advisor Long Term Incentive Compensation Award Plans ($5 billion) for 15,000+ of the firm’s key producers, globally. Oversee payment processes for the execution and delivery of cash & equity entitlements for complex financial arrangements and incentive awards. Ensure incentive program compliance with 409a, FAS 123r, and risk management objectives. Drive HR and line of business initiatives that ensure incentive design alignment with company critical financial objectives and industry regulations. Review and draft plan documents, award agreements, communications, and ancillary notifications. Business lead for integration related activities (pre and post merger) across payroll, HRIS, and corporate finance. Managed a team of 5 analysts / specialists.

GWIM Compensation. Responsible for day-to-day plan administration of long term equity and cash based programs for GWIM Financial Advisors (“FAs”). Subject matter expert for litigation, field office management, business development, and executive leadership teams. Execution and delivery of stock and cash entitlements in accordance with company policies and procedures. Coordinated annual review and grant activity of FA incentive awards with line of business, HR, and Finance.

Recruited by Bank of New York team of Merger & Acquisition professionals to assist with the successful merger with Irving Trust Company. Continued direct involvement with numerous corporate actions and reorganizations in the bank’s capacity as ‘transfer agent” and as an ADR (American Depositary Receipt) relationship manager. Responsible for the efficient delivery of the bank’s corporate trust, stock transfer, escrow, and ADR products and services. Accountable for the profitable management of these client relationships. Architecture and design of client corporate actions (initial public offerings, privatizations, and corporate reorganizations). Developed client business plans and servicing requirements as well as retentive marketing of new and ancillary bank products and services. Assigned a portfolio of corporate clients providing stock transfer & registrar agent services. Managed day-to-day processing of client specific bank dividend reimbursement, employee stock purchase, rights/warrants, redemption, tender, and exchange agent services.
