I am an owner of and the Director of Career Services at VantagePoint, Inc., which is one of the region's most progressive talent management firms. We are a co-owner of Career Partners International, LLC (CPI), which provides additional depth of resources and a global "footprint" for our services, as well as superior technological tools and training of our consultants and staff.As a Certified CPI Career Transition Professional, I work with impacted employees by developing and fine-tuning resumes and LinkedIn profiles, practicing interviewing techniques, discussing networking ideas and negotiation techniques, and consulting one-on-one with candidates to ensure an effective job search strategy. I engage in remote and local career coaching, as well as group facilitation of weekly classes, and I very much enjoy helping people find their next great career opportunity.
