Responsible for all aspects of the hiring process - ad placement, job postings, resume review, screen and interview applicants, administer and interpret pre-employment testing, check references, coordinate criminal background checks and drug screening. Represent the company at job fairs. Act as expert resource for others on the human resources information systems application. Maintenance of the company's HRIS database including new hire set-up, data audits and report and query generation. Responsible for Quarterly Turnover Analysis Report. Salary Review Process administration as well as preparation of all materials for Annual Executive Salary Review Meetings. Employee relations, conduct New Hire Orientation and Exit Interviews. Co-coordinate the UW campaign. Coordinate training in all divisions working with outside vendors. Administer E-learning training efforts for all employees.
